Although all of our teachers have been influenced and/or trained in the Iyengar style of yoga, each teacher's development may reflect influences of other traditions as well.

Gentle Yoga
A soothing practice for all ages and body types. Movements that help stretch and open, refine our sense of balance, and deepen relaxation through meditation. A slow paced introduction to yoga.
Gentle Yoga for Mindfulness*

Whether returning to Yoga or beginning your practice, this gentle and therapeutic class offers an accessible and fun Sangha for nourishing your mind, body and spirit. Join us for a gentle Yoga practice that combines Asana, Pranayama, and Mindfulness. As we cultivate a sense of curiosity and wonder in our yoga practice, habits and patterns are revealed providing insight to the causes of suffering. Intro to Yoga
The class teaches the basic principles of yoga poses, yoga philosophy, relaxation and breathing practices. $60 pre-reg, $70 at door for 4 classes.

Level 1 - 3
A mixed level class for beginners with some knowledge of yoga to intermediate. A mixed level class for beginner and intermediate students. Monday night’s class concludes with meditation.

Mindful Yoga
A class which includes mindful stretching, pranayama, and vipassana meditation. Ideal for anyone interested in combining an asana practice with sitting meditation.

Restorative/Back Care
Maintain a healthy back with gentle floor work for alignment, lengthening, strengthening and range of motion.

Vinyasa Flow
A vigorous flowing sequence of postures linked together by focused attention on the breath and on proper alignment. Emphasis is on cultivating and sustaining an inner calm throughout the challenging practice.
