Although all of our teachers have been influenced and/or trained in the Iyengar style of yoga, each teacher's development may reflect influences of other traditions as well.

Breath Centered Yoga
Enhancing awareness of the inner energetic core by exploring the breath and its influential relationship to the torso, inner legs, pelvis and muscles of the feet.  Focused to improve health of the pelvic diaphragm.

Gentle Yoga
A soothing practice for all ages and body types.  Focused attention on breathing, stretching, gentle strengthening, and refinement of balance.

Healing Yoga
This class is offered to those under going treatment for chronic illnesses. Teens, women & men are welcome. Each class will offer breathing practices to replenish the nervous system, gentle yoga to nourish range of motion and guided rest to soothe your spirit. Healing Yoga is offered as an adjunct  to recovery during your time of treatment. The nature Healing Yoga welcomes you to spend time traveling down a different path in these mindful practices to reclaim  your inner well-being.  Barbara Voinar, Gretchen Wobrock and Sarah Elias form the staff teaching this class.

Intro/Beginner to Prana Flow Yoga
This introductory class will be a breath inspired journey, including an opening chant of om, movement meditation, music, vinyasas, and healing relaxation. The emphasis will be on rejuvenation. Prana Flow has been cultivated by Shiva Rea and the Global Vinyasa Collective of Teachers.
 
Level 1-3: Deepening
A class to help you refine your sense of focus, coordination, balance, strength and breathing awareness. A willingness to practice more complex asanas safely and attentively.   Monday night’s class ends with a mediation practice.

Mindful Yoga
A class which includes mindful stretching, pranayama, and vipassana meditation.  Ideal for anyone interested in combining an asana practice with sitting meditation.

Restorative/Back Care
Maintain a healthy back with gentle floor work for alignment, lengthening, strengthening and range of motion.

TriYoga Flows
Adhering to the concept of non-violence, Tri Yoga’s meditative and transformative flows emphasize relaxation-in-action.  Taught systematically, the sequences unite asana with breath and focus to create a greater flow of life energy.  Enabling one to progress in flexibility, strength, endurance and understanding.  Breathing practices, concentration techniques and meditation are included.

Vinyasa Flow
A flowing sequence of stretching, strengthening and energizing postures that links movement with the breath.  Emphasis is on cultivating and enjoying an inner calm throughout the practice.  Contact: Jonothon Gross
