Although all of our teachers have been influenced and/or trained in the Iyengar style of yoga, each teacher's development may reflect influences of other traditions as well.

Gentle Yoga

Whether returning to Yoga or beginning your practice, this gentle and therapeutic class offers an accessible and fun Sangha for nourishing your mind, body and spirit. Join us for a gentle Yoga practice that combines Asana, Pranayama, and Mindfulness. As we cultivate a sense of curiosity and wonder in our yoga practice, habits and patterns are revealed providing insight to the causes of suffering. Intro to Vinyasa
A perfect way to begin learning the rhythm of sequencing a flow of postures linked together by focused attention on the breath and on proper alignment.  Emphasis on cultivating and sustaining an inner calm throughout the practice.

Intro to Yoga
The class teaches the basic principles of yoga poses, yoga philosophy, relaxation and breathing practices. $60 pre-reg, $70 at door for 4 classes.

Level 1 - 3
A mixed level class for beginners with some knowledge of yoga to intermediate.

Mindful Yoga
A class which includes mindful stretching, pranayama, and vipassana meditation. Ideal for anyone interested in combining an asana practice with sitting meditation.

Prenatal
A beginning yoga class for pregnant women who want to increase awareness and health of their bodies.

Postnatal for Mom & Baby
A wonderful transitional class for moms to attend with their babies.  The practice is geared toward restoring the body back to its original health and tone; with emphasis on asanas for chest opening, back care, and healthy alignment while feeding your baby. Practice yoga, bond with your baby and build community all in one class!

Restorative/Back Care
Maintain a healthy back with gentle floor work for alignment, lengthening, strengthening and range of motion.

Teens Intro to Vinyasa Flow
The perfect environment for teenagers to enjoy learning yoga. This flowing sequence of postures is linked together by focused attention on the breath and on proper alignment. The result of moving freely in this way eliminates stress and tension exposing an inner calm.

Vinyasa Flow
A vigorous flowing sequence of postures linked together by focused attention on the breath and on proper alignment. Emphasis is on cultivating and sustaining an inner calm throughout the challenging practice.

Yoga in Balance
A yoga class that incorporates healthy postural alignment and movement patterns through the practice of basic yoga poses. Balance realigns your skeleton with gravity, heals or prevents back and joint pain and is appropriate for beginning thru intermediate students.

Yogalates
is a combination of Yoga with Pilates,  two disciplines complimenting each other. The class is  fluid and dynamic in order to achieve strength, flexibility and coordination through the effective control of breathing.
