Healing Yoga
This class is offered to those under going treatment for chronic illnesses. Teens, women & men are welcome. Each class will offer breathing practices to replenish the nervous system, gentle yoga to nourish range of motion and guided rest to soothe your spirit. Healing Yoga is offered as an adjunct to recovery during your time of treatment. The nature Healing Yoga welcomes you to spend time traveling down a different path in these mindful practices to reclaim your inner well-being. Barbara Voinar, Gretchen Wobrock and Sarah Elias form the staff teaching this class.

Intro/Beginner to Prana Flow Yoga
This introductory class will be a breath inspired journey, including an opening chant of om, movement meditation, music, vinyasas, and healing relaxation. The emphasis will be on rejuvenation. Prana Flow has been cultivated by Shiva Rea and the Global Vinyasa Collective of Teachers.

TriYoga
Flows
Adhering to the concept of non-violence, Tri Yoga’s meditative and transformative flows emphasize relaxation-in-action. Taught systematically, the sequences unite asana with breath and focus to create a greater flow of life energy. Enabling one to progress in flexibility, strength, endurance and understanding. Breathing practices, concentration techniques and meditation are included.
