Music is a language that we all speak. It lives in us as the natural rhythm of our heartbeat, calling us back to connect to the depth of our being. We may feel that we have lost that connection or maybe we do not even know it exists, but it is still there waiting to be found. You do not have to know how to read notes nor anything else about music. You just have to be curious and allow the inner musician inside you to emerge.

My work offers a way to explore different parts of yourself and your relationship with them through sound, voice and music.

Through listening to what is going on in the moment in your body, feelings and thoughts, we will together find creative ways that bring fullness, liveliness and meaning to your life. Through this process you will discover how your voice and/or your musical instrument help you release your creativity, contact your wholeness and connect you to your inner wisdom and love.

This musical exploration is for musicians, visual artist, writers and people who are convinced that they will never get music. I am a professional musician and a graduate of both the Voice, Sound and Music Healing program of the California institute of Integral studies and the Vox Mundi School of Voice and Transformation. I am also a student of Hakomi training, a body and mindfulness oriented psychotherapy.
Before studying in California I lived in Israel working as a performing musician, a radio art teacher in elementary school and as a teacher assistant at Tel Aviv University.

My passion for music and self exploration has led me to develop a unique way of learning how music can open a gate to connect with inner wisdom, love and self. Class size is limited to six people
