5 Class Series  Oct. 3rd –  31st

Thursdays  2:00- 3:30pm

Join Senior Yoga instructor Betty Aten for this 5-week workshop addressing yoga’s greatest hits for healthy aging. Each week will cover one aspect of an age-appropriate yoga practice for those 55+.

Oct. 3: Balance    Oct. 10: Flexibility   Oct. 17: Agility    Oct. 25: Strength (upper body)    Oct. 31 Strength (lower body)

Each session will also include work on breath awareness for stress relief and restorative poses for relaxation.

Pre-registration for the entire series is encouraged, but drop-ins are also welcome. As this is a special workshop series, class passes will not be honored.

Cost: 5-week series – $85 (no refunds for missed classes)

Drop-ins – 4th Street Yoga Studio sliding scale of $17 – $20  Cash/check only
