Learn to practice the fundamental yoga postures with ease and comfort while enjoying your whole self in movement.
Practice skills to become more aware of how you actually “think”, “act” and “move” and develop response skills to these awarenesses that lead to greater ease and effectiveness in all actions.
In each class expect a satisfying and complete yoga asana experience.
This class is suitable for all ages, body types and abilities- whether a seasoned yoga practitioner or a new beginner.
